What limitations do the non-registered programs have?

The non-registered programs haven't got any feature or time limitations. The only thing they have got is a voice logo added to the output audio files (that is true for audio programs, such as AVS Audio Editor) or a watermark in the output video files (AVS Video Converter, AVS Video Editor, etc.). To get rid of these you will need to activate your programs and reconvert your audio or video files.
I am planning to purchase a new computer soon. Shall I be able to transfer the license from my old computer to the new one?

Yes, you can transfer AVSMedia software to a new PC. Please bear in mind that you're allowed to install and use one license of AVSMedia products on a single computer.
My personal computer crashed and I had to reformat my computer hard disk drive. May I use the old license as I do not want to buy a new one?

Yes, you may. Please download the latest versions of our software from the www.avsmedia.com web site, install and activate them using the license that you have. If you lost your registration information, please try our online license retrieval tool first, or fill out our support form to restore your lost registration information. Please do not forget to provide your first and last name and your e-mail.
Can I reinstall AVSMedia software?

Yes, AVSMedia products are allowed to be reinstalled. In this case you download and register AVSMedia products anew with your old registration keys.
Are upgrades free for AVSMedia products?

No, we reserve the right to charge a fee for upgrades released for AVSMedia software.
Am I allowed to install AVSMedia software on several computers?

No, one AVSMedia software can be installed on a single computer. If you need to install AVSMedia software on several computers, please contact our sales department to get a quantity discount: sales@avs4you.com.
I found www.avs4you.com which lists the same products. Are you working together or is it a scam?

We, Online Media Technologies Ltd., own two online projects: www.avsmedia.com and www.avs4you.com. On both websites we post our software applications. The key differences between the projects are selling schemes and products license types.
If you are a UK company, then why do you use $USD as opposed to British Sterling on your website?

We've decided to show prices in the USD dollar for the following reasons:
1. it's the mostly popular internationally accepted world currency clear for any user worldwide;
2. currency exchange rate is updated several times a day so we can't update price up-to-the-minute. To avoid confusion and inaccuracies we show product prices in the USA dollars.
Meanwhile when being on a check-out page, any time you can select the currency you need in a drop-down box on the top of the page and the product price will be automatically calculated and shown in the chosen currency.
